Transformed the Lots Road Power Station in Chelsea, London, into a live-work space to craft houseboats as an alternative means of living, provide affordable housing, and revive boating communities.

The proposal aims to revive the boating community using the building's close ties to the Thames by collaborating with the long-standing Chelsea Yach & Boat Company to encourage people to build and live on boats

A massive opening in the south elevation (facing Chelsea Creek) to make way for a new harbour to take in small scale boats at the lower ground level
There are boating workshops and communal spaces on the lower levels, with the upper levels dedicated to living pods for temporary residential quarters
