Single Storey Rear Extension: Holbeach Gardens, Bexley, London
This project is currently under construction and is in the building regulations stages. The client required the existing kitchen to be demolished and rebuilt to extend at a length the matched the neighbouring properties. The proposed space would contain a new, larger kitchen and dining area. This proposal also entailed removing and relocating the external boiler inside, and a buildover agreement from Thames Water to relocate existing manholes.
