Cross Laminated Timber ( CLT)
A wood panel made of alternated glued layers of solid-sawn lumber. CLT offers high strength, is cost-effective and is eco-friendly. It is a low-impact material with one of the least embedded carbon footprints. CLT is a lightweight material with less product waste during manufacturing
Green Roof
This provides a water buffer, acts as a purifier and can reduce the ambient temperature. The turf delays the discharge of rainwater to the sewage system, therefore can reduces the risk of flooding. A green roof can enhance the biodiversity within the area
