 1 Residential Projects
Conversion of a Post Office into Two Flats: Change of use from a commercial post office to two residential flats. I surveyed the property and produced the technical architectural drawings required for submission to building control
Erection of Two New Dwellings: A planning application for a proposal of two semi-detated houses, with mirrored internal layouts and shared front garden and parking area.
Blagdon Inn Conversion from a Pub to Apartments : Planning application submitted to propose changing the old pub into five flats, each containing three double beds and suiable private amenity space for each flat

2 Masterplanning
St Ives Bay Beach Resort Masterplan: An Away Resorts caravan park located in Cornwall. The masterplan shows the proposed developments for new caravan areas and amenities, networking and landscaping
Quintrell Downs: Proposed masterplan for feasibility report for acquiring land to use as for a new caravan park
3 Heritage and Listed Buildings
Tattershall Conversion of Old Engine House: proposal to convert This grade II listed old rail shed into a pizza restaurant for the Tatershall Country Park. This require replacing the sinking roof and preserving most of the building's original features, such as the large windows and floor to ceiling barn doors
 The existing features and intricate details of the frames, lentils and brick were preserved and restored to thier original state. A Canopy and external seating resembling a trainline platform to highlight the building's history and heritage
Moorden Farmhouse: Grade II listed detatched dwelling, which required planning permission to upgrade and restore the windows
